Nimbus
Nimbus Healthcare is a pioneer in the personalized medicine space, bridging the gap between clinical expertise and consumer-tech convenience. By integrating a 503A compounding pharmacy with an AI-driven telehealth platform, Nimbus provides a 'closed-loop' healthcare experience that turns biological data into custom-tailored wellness results.
As the founding creative lead, I served as a multidisciplinary strategist across business, marketing, and sales. I directed the comprehensive brand ecosystem for Nimbus and its three sub-entities, overseeing everything from high-level visual identity to cross-channel campaign execution in a high-growth startup environment.

The Challenge
By late 2025, the GLP-1 weight-loss market had exploded. Big Pharma dominated nationwide with massive budgets promoting household names like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Zepbound, while telehealth startups fueled an oversaturated digital landscape.
Nimbus Healthcare needed to disrupt the GLP-1 market and drive significant acquisition, but lacked the capital for a nationwide media buy.
The Insight & Pivot
Leveraging Nimbus’s locally owned, NABP-certified 503A pharmacy, we pivoted from a broad national play to a hyper-targeted regional campaign focused on Texas for shipping speed, low logistics cost, and accessibility.
Market research:
-
Generic Creative Redundancy: Competitors relied on identical, soft-focus stock imagery (smiling models holding medication vials), text heavy ads, and common "Us vs. Them" pricing charts.
-
Underserved Demographics: Competitors fought over high-income suburban markets. In contrast, rural and lower-income communities in Texas lacked local access to affordable GLP-1 treatments and were being ignored by major platforms.
Creative Concept & Execution
We abandoned standard healthcare tropes in favor of a bold, empathetic, and culturally tuned campaign: a loud, comedic Western aesthetic designed to resonate directly with regional Texas audiences while keeping healthcare accessible and human.
